12 oz. green beans
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees. On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, toss the green beans with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the beans out in an even layer in which they are not touching.
2. Roast for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven a serve warm.
