This is a winter riff on one of my favorite cocktails—The Moscow Mule. It’s tart, slightly spicy, and extremely refreshing.
1 cup 100% Pomegranate juice, such as Pom Wonderful
2/3 cup vodka
1/3 cup lime juice
Ginger Beer, to taste
4 Rosemary sprigs, for garnish, optional
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish, optional
1. Combine the pomegranate juice, vodka, and lime juice in a pint-sized mason jar (or similarly sized vessel). Screw the lid on tightly and shake to combine. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
2. Fill 4 mule cups with crushed ice (see note). Evenly distribute the pomegranate-vodka mixture into each cup (if you were storing this in the fridge, shake it up before pouring).
3. Top with ginger beer, to taste. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds, if desired.
Serves 4
🧊 If you don’t have mule cups, use rocks glasses.
